"Love is the master.
Love is the One who masters all things;
Sometimes Love hoists me into the air,
Sometimes Love flings me into the air,
Love swings me round and round His head"

My Journey

Balancing wisdom and heritage, of both East and West

Love & compassion are the things I cultivate daily. From the moment I wake up naturally, I say gratitude. I thank for the shelter provided for us. I thank my family to be here with me. I infuse fun into my days. The more joy we develop in our own lives, the more joy we bring to the world. I schedule several times in my day to sit still in my meditation practice. In stillness, we find our true selves and in the depth of our beings we see oneness in all things.

I have been a seeker since I was so young. Growing up in a small family in several towns and cities in Indonesia, I love the diverse delights of local arts and cultures. Being away from my country to now settle down in Europe, I appreciate the opportunity to balance wisdom and heritage, both from the East and the West.

I have been living in Paris since the beginning of 2013. The more I realize the distance or difference between the East and the West, the more I can see that it’s only an illusion of the mind. What I do reflects to all the teachings I receive and integrating both the East and the West could hold the keys to a more sustainable world.

My journey to Reiki began in early 2019. A dear friend of mine introduced me to a Reiki Master in Paris, Mrs. Edith Gauthier. I took Reiki sessions with her and I felt a stream of energy flew through me. Deep down in my heart I knew that I wanted to have this serene feeling every single day. I wanted to share this serenity with others too, so I decided to learn Reiki and continue my journey to complete first, second, and third level of Gendai Reiki. Recently, I obtained the Reiki Master Teacher Certificate from Reiki School Gendaï-Reiki Fudo Myo O Ho in Paris.

Daily Reiki practice brings out joy into my everyday life and this is what I would like to share with you. We will create harmony in our body, wholeness in our being and we tap into our higher potentiality, a stream of wellbeing we have inside of us. We are using the universal life energy that is ever-present and is always available to us. We improve the quality of our lives by letting this Reiki energy flow through us to restore us back to the harmonious balance.
